Returns will be processed according to the terms below.

One and Done items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return.

All other items:

Cool Crap Online only accepts returns for damaged merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via email at to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number within the 10 day return period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including materials used in the original shipping.  Upon request for an RMA, we may require photo's so that we can process a claim through our carrier or with our manufacturer.  This in no way is a reflection on you or your request for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 10 days after issuance of and RMA or does not reference a Cool Crap Online RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Some payment methods have a delay, on their end, for processing your credit - this is not due to a delay on our part.

Sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or defective sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated. Once an RMA number has been issued, your item will need to be shipped to the address in the Shipping section below.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, first check with your bank or credit card processing company and please contact us at for additional assistance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
